Yonkers City Map Poster

About this print

Yonkers map poster

Yonkers sits on the east bank of the Hudson River in Westchester County, directly north of the Bronx, where New York City gives way to the rest of the state. It is a city with its own character: a working waterfront, hilly neighborhoods that climb up from the river, and a long history as a place where people have built lives just outside the five boroughs. This print gathers that street grid into a single piece of wall art for anyone who grew up there, lives there now, or still thinks of it as home after moving away.

The Neon Night edition is a digital design style built around glowing color against a dark ground, a look that recalls city lights after sundown. It suits a place like Yonkers, where the evening view across the Hudson and the hum of a busy city carry their own atmosphere. The result reads as a mood piece as much as a map, bold enough to anchor a living room wall and easy to pair with darker or more modern interiors.

As a gift, it works well for a new homeowner, a graduate heading off to school, or a family member who has relocated and misses the old streets. It also makes a fitting companion to other RadMaps city prints for anyone with roots across the New York area. Like all RadMaps posters, it is meant as decorative art to enjoy on the wall rather than a guide for getting around.
