Mountain bike trail maps

Mountain bike trail map posters.

A trail system is a place riders know by heart: the flow line, the rock garden, the climb everyone walks. RadMaps prints whole networks and single epic routes as mountain bike trail map posters, or turns your own ride into one.

Trail systems

The whole network on one wall.

A trail system poster shows every loop and connector at once, the way you never see it from the saddle. Kickapoo’s singletrack along the Vermilion River, the Wausau 24 race course, and the White Rim road around Island in the Sky are all in the shop, in styles from risograph to watercolor to clean topographic linework.

Topographic styles add hillshade and contour lines generated from elevation data, so the climbs and descents are visible without a single number on the page.

Your ride

Print the ride you actually did.

Import your ride from Strava or upload the GPX from your bike computer, and RadMaps draws your exact line over the trails around it. It works for an enduro stage, a 24-hour race lap, a bikepacking day, or the local loop you ride after work.

No recorded track? Draw the route point by point on the map. Trail and road names can be shown or hidden, and route color, weight, and terrain are all adjustable.

For clubs and trail builders

One design for the whole crew.

Trail associations and clubs use trail system posters as fundraiser rewards, volunteer thank-yous, and shop wall art. Group orders of 25 or more prints keep one design for the whole crew.

Choosing a style

Match the map to the riding.

Dense singletrack networks read best in styles with strong, simple linework, where each trail stays distinct at a distance. Topographic styles with hillshade suit mountain and canyon riding, where the landforms are the point. Risograph and watercolor editions lean decorative, the kind of print that looks at home in a living room as much as a bike shop.

Route color, line weight, and terrain intensity are all adjustable, so a club can match its colors or a rider can make one line stand out against a whole network.

Questions

Mountain Bike Trail Map Posters FAQ

Can I make a poster of my local trail system?

Yes. Draw the trails or import your ride tracks, then style them in the editor. For a clean network map of a well-known system, check the shop first.

Will trail names appear on the map?

Trail names can be shown or hidden. Minimalist styles usually hide them so the route stands out; topographic styles can show them for context.

Is this an official trail map?

No. RadMaps posters are decorative artwork and are not affiliated with trail managers or clubs. Use official trail maps and signage when you ride.

What sizes and materials can I order?

Every RadMaps poster uses the same 2:3 shape, printed at 8×12, 12×18, 16×24, 20×30, and 24×36 inches. Formats include archival matte posters, framed prints, wall hangings, aluminum, and acrylic; availability varies by size. The editor preview uses the same composition as the final print, so the route is not cropped or reframed after you approve it.

Is designing free, and where do you ship?

Designing and previewing a poster is free. You pay only when you order a physical print, and checkout currently accepts United States shipping addresses.
