Des Moines map poster

Des Moines is the capital of Iowa and its largest city, a place that grew up where the Des Moines and Raccoon rivers meet. The gold-domed State Capitol rises on the east side of downtown, and every summer the Iowa State Fair draws crowds from across the Midwest. Between those familiar markers is a city of riverfront trails, older brick neighborhoods, and the ordinary streets that make up daily life for the people who live there.
